If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within a period of fifteen (15) days, counting from the date you received it from CRITICAL THINKING ATTITUDE STREET WEAR.

1. Tell us by sending the email from which the product was purchased, or from our website, indicating your personal data.

2. Tell us the detail of the purchased item.

3. (optional) Add an explanation, so that the store team can better understand why the customer wants to return this product.

To exercise the right of return, the products must meet the following requirements:

• They must not have been used, washed or damaged.

• Must be returned in the original packaging

The return of products purchased in the online store must be made by sending said products by post to the following address:

Provided that you have respected all these requirements, ALLENDEMAR PROMOCIONES SL will refund the total amount of the items purchased. The original shipping costs of the order you received will not be reimbursed. You will be the one who bears the shipping costs for the return. If your return could not be accepted due to its lack of compliance with the conditions indicated above, ALLENDEMAR PROMOCIONES SL will contact you.

In the event that CRITICAL THINKING ATTITUDE STREET WEAR has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that is damaged, please contact us for the return and / or exchange. The return of the product, in this case, will be coordinated from ALLENDEMAR PROMOCIONES SL once the error or defect has been reported, so that we will assume the corresponding shipping costs (round trip).
