Purchasing process

 Buying at ctastreetwear.com is very simple, you just have to follow the following steps:

• Choose section (T-shirts, hoodies, hats, caps, …).
• Select item to view price, size, availability and characteristics
• Select size and / or color.
• Precise quantity of items you want
• Add to cart
• Access to cart
• Process order
• Fill in your personal data
• Click on shipping and delivery method
• PayPal payment (it also supports payments by debit or credit card).
• Fill in bank details or your PayPal details.
• Confirmation

How the purchase is formalized

You will receive 3 emails:

1. Payment confirmation. We have received the payment of your order and we will proceed to check the availability of the requested items.
2. Order confirmation. It is an acknowledgment of receipt. We are processing your order and in a next email we will inform you about the shipment.
3. Shipping Confirmation. With this email your order is formalized by notifying you of the shipment and track number.
